Luxury Accommodation:

Stay at the elegant Hotel Schloss Wartenstein, offering breathtaking views of the Rhine Valley and surrounding mountains. Enjoy a blend of modern comfort and historical charm, with breakfast included each morning. Each person/couple will have their own private room & bathroom. The entire hotel will be for us! There is a bus line directly outside the hotel if you’d like to travel on your own as well! We are in walking distance to the local town and have access to their indoor and outdoor pools.
Private Switzerland Tour:
Explore Switzerland’s hidden gems in a private, air-conditioned van with photos at each location! Highlights may include:

July is one of the best times to visit Switzerland, with warm days perfect for exploring and photographing the stunning landscapes. Expect temperatures between 20°C and 26°C (68°F to 79°F).
- We recommend packing comfortable clothing for daytime excursions, a light jacket for cooler evenings, and any personal items you’ll need for a week-long stay. I envision long flowy dresses and skirts for the photos! Please feel free to bring multiple outfit choices.
Once you’ve filled out the booking form, we’ll reach out to you with payment options. You can choose to pay in full or opt for a payment plan.

We understand that planning a luxury retreat requires flexibility. That’s why we offer easy payment plans:

Per Person - $4200
Per Couple - $7800 (save $600 when booking as a couple!)
The sooner you book, the more time you'll have to spread out your payments, making them easier on your budget! Reserve your spot for the KLT Switzerland retreat with your first payment in September 2024, and choose a payment plan that works for you. For the singles retreat ($4,200), you can pay $420 per month, $210 biweekly, or $105 weekly. For the couples retreat ($7,800), the payment options are $780 per month, $390 biweekly, or $195 weekly. Your first month’s payment is due upfront to secure your spot, and the remaining balance will be divided to fit your preferred schedule.

Day 1: Tuesday, July 15th - Arrival and Welcome

Morning:
- Arrival at Zurich Airport (ZRH).
- Private transportation to Hotel Schloss Wartenstein.
Afternoon:
- Check-in and settle into your luxurious room at Hotel Schloss Wartenstein.
- Explore the hotel grounds and take in the stunning views, or unwind after your journey.
6:00 PM:
- Welcome Dinner at the hotel restaurant, where you’ll meet fellow retreat participants and get an overview of the week.

Day 2: Wednesday, July 16th - Full-Day Guided Tour of Switzerland

10:00 AM:
- Breakfast at the hotel.
11:00 AM:
- Depart for a full-day guided tour of Switzerland. The exact locations will be a mix of hidden gems and must-see spots, tailored for stunning photo opportunities.
1:00 PM:
- Lunch at a scenic location during the tour (included).
6:00 PM:
- Return to the hotel in Pfäfers.
- Dinner served at the hotel restaurant.
7:30 PM:
- Free evening to relax or explore the local area at your own pace. Note: There is a convenient bus stop right outside the hotel, making it easy to visit nearby towns or attractions on your own.

Day 3: Thursday, July 17th - Free Day & Wine and Cheese Tasting

10:00 AM:
- Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning to Afternoon:
- Enjoy a full day of freedom to explore Switzerland on your own. Whether you choose to relax at the hotel, visit nearby Bad Ragaz, or take the bus to explore local areas, the day is yours.
6:00 PM:
- Dinner served at the hotel restaurant.
7:30 PM:
- Wine and Cheese Tasting at the hotel, featuring local Swiss wines and artisanal cheeses. A perfect way to unwind and socialize with the group.

Day 4: Friday, July 18th - Free Day & Formal Dress-Up Night

10:00 AM:
- Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning to Afternoon:
- Another free day to make the most of your time in Switzerland. Consider taking the bus from the stop right outside the hotel to visit nearby cities like Zurich or Lucerne, enjoy outdoor activities, or take advantage of the nearby hotel’s spa and wellness facilities.
6:00 PM:
- Formal Dress-Up Night: Dress in your finest attire for a glamorous evening!
- Start with a cocktail hour in the hotel lounge, where we’ll enjoy pre-dinner drinks and take formal photos.
- 7:00 PM: A formal dinner will be served in the hotel’s elegant dining room, offering a special menu to match the occasion.
- 8:30 PM: After dinner, enjoy a dance and social hour in the lounge, complete with music and a cozy atmosphere.

Day 5: Saturday, July 19th - Free Day & Farewell Dinner

- Spend your final full day however you wish—perhaps revisiting a favorite spot or discovering a new area. The convenient bus stop right outside the hotel makes it easy to explore at your leisure.

- Photography Review Session (optional): Gather in the hotel lounge to review and discuss some of the best photos from the retreat. A great opportunity to share your favorite moments!
6:00 PM:
- Farewell Dinner at the hotel restaurant, celebrating the memories made during the retreat.

Day 6: Saturday, July 20th - Departure

- Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning:
- Private transportation back to Zurich Airport for your departure.
