How to book an Intimate Portrait Session with KLT Studios

Initial Inquiry:

To begin your intimate portrait experience, you have two options. You can either request a phone consult on our booking site and we can walk you through the whole booking process & answer any questions, OR if you're ready to schedule, you can head to the booking site and book your session! Your journey with KLT Studios starts with your preferred choice, ensuring your comfort and convenience.

Consultation:

• If you choose a phone consultation, we'll schedule a discussion to answer any questions you have about the experience! Prepare to chat for about 10-15 minutes.

Session Booking:

• For intimate portraits, a non-refundable styling fee of $599 ($299 for male intimate portraits that don’t require hair & makeup) is required. This fee covers a range of services, including professional hair and makeup, wardrobe selection, and more. We're committed to making you feel your absolute best during your session. It also includes 3 high resolution digital images and one of our luxury sets. If you choose to do a pre-payment plan, the $599 will act as a credit toward your purchase!

Concierge Services:

• As part of our commitment to luxury, we offer concierge services. This includes assistance with dining recommendations, hotel stays, transportation, and more.

• Please note that clients are responsible for the costs associated with these services.

Virtual Consultation:

• Before your session, we can schedule a virtual consultation to ensure all details are perfectly in place. This helps us plan your intimate portrait session, from styling to location.

The Intimate Portrait Session:

• On the day of your intimate portrait session, expect a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Our talented team is here to capture your unique essence, creating empowering artwork.

Art Reveal and Additional Purchases:

• After your session, we'll arrange an art reveal session where you can choose your favorite images. Your styling fee includes three digital images. You'll receive a prepayment plan for any additional purchases, which can be stretched into flexible KLT Studios Financing Plans. If you decide to pre-purchase, your $599 styling fee will be applied s a credit. If you decide to pass on the prepayment, you may add on at the reveal, however the credit no longer applies. You also have the option to invest in the minimum and upgrade your selections at the time of the session if desired.
